Christmas!!!!

I had a wonderful christmas. It was so much fun and family filled. So on christmas night we went to a friends christmas party. Wich was fun like every year with ginger bread house contests,and games for everyone. But when we got home we set out coookies and milk with 9 carrots. Then dad read the night before christmas like every year. After that it was time for bed. I had so much trouble sleeping so i read untill midnight then i finnaly dosed off. so i woke up around 8:30ish and just stayed in my bed with the igist butterflys in my stomach until i heard kids running aroung outside. Then i knew it was time. So i run out of my roon and look over the bannister and the first thing i saw was a new cricut!!!!!!! So run into mom and dads room to wake them up. Mom was up but dad wanted to take a shower. So we waited about 10 more min. Then when dad was all freshend up we took some family photos on the staircase then raced down stairs. We went right to our stockings and tore off the wrapping paper. I got some great things; So im just going to say what i got but i still cand decide whats my favorite. so i got: makeup,nailpolish,(orange,blue,and red) "mysterys of a monster hunter" by JOSH GATES!!!!!!!, clothes,(aero:zip up and tee shirt plus sweater, Forever 21:croped hooded mid-length tee,jeans, super soft sweater) desk organizer, nail art pens,perfume, a braclet,40$,a paper pad,and fuzzy socks! So over all i had a great christmas!!!

HOT HOT HOT!!!!!

Today we had to go to a swim meet at "Splash Down" water park. It was soooooo hot. At the meet it felt like 112 degrees. (CODE RED!) So at the meet i did good in butterfly and freestyle. But in breaststroke i was from 44.44 to 43.57! I killed it!!!! Our relay team it 1 second away from a record and I'm 2 seconds away from the breast record. And i will have whole other year to break the record. But i can only break the record with the other girls in my relay. They are stink'en fast and I'm the only 11 year old in the A relay. Any splash down word of caution the bathrooms are hot, sticky, and gross! Its crowed. And the pools are not cleaned. Its a HOT mess!

Fourth of July

For the fourth of July we went to an awesome place.where they had a whole carnival thing and a helicopter show that was soooo cool. and a lot of my friends were there from swim team,church,and school.we had a really good spot too. Also mom and dad did a little (by a little I mean a lot.)campaigning.and we brought corn-hole which I'm really bad at.and we got wegmans sandwiches and lots of water. They did polo matches,petting zoo, and ponie rides! Those lines were so long! And at the end the firework show was AWSOME!!! And it was super long like 45 min but at the end mom and dad found a short cut to get out. (haha people who had to wait two hours to get out.)my favorite firework was the gold sparkly one that shimmers down. And those fireworks made a big boom fourth of July was great!!!!!

CALIFORNIA!!!!

A few days ago me mom Natalie and Paige (nightmare) went to California.It was so much fun. It all started at the airport. We were hopefully prepared for a five hour flight with you guessed it Paige! (DUH DUH DUN) The flight was nice despite the screaming nonstop she never fell asleep. When we got there my grandpa greeted us there. I was so happy to see him! Then he told us the secret activity that we were gonna do on Tuesday! (we arrived on Monday) It was.................. horse back riding!!!!!!!!!! I was so excited.

So it was a long ride to Yuba City but we dropped mom off at grandma's house and me and Bird went to grandpa's house. When we got there we went straight to bed and the next morning we went golfing and we thought the golf cart was the best part (WARNING golf is not that easy i learned that the hard way.) After golf we went up north and we went horse back riding. We started out learning about horses and horse safety. Then it was time to get on the horse. Our horse was named Troy. He is the gentlest horse and the trainer thought I was really good. I just started. She told us that we were gonna have a barrel race with 1st and 2nd place ribbons. Watch out Natalie, I'm gonna win hahahahahah.

After horse back riding we went back to grandpas place and we just relaxed. We had macaroni for dinner and of course Natalie had mustard on every thing (gross). The next day we went to grandmas house and we painted the fence. Natalie for some crazy reason went in the 55 degree pool. Grandma got us these little books that had a bunch of doodling things. At bedtime we went back to grandpa's.

The next day we went to grandpa's work and it was really fun. Grandpas friend brought her 2 dogs. After work we went back to horse back riding with mom and she saw how good we were. We had a tie for the barrel race and we both got 1st place ribbons. We had dinner with grandpa and mom.

The next day was Friday. We went to grandpa's work again then we drove into Sacramento to the Imax theater to see Born To Be Wild. It was a really cute movie. Then since mom and grandma were running late we went mini golfing and i won! Grandpa came in 2nd and Natalie came in 3rd. We arrived back at grandpa's house and mom picked us up to go to grandma's house. When we got there we had a nice BBQ dinner then ran around the backyard a bit then fell asleep.

Saturday started as a normal day. We ate breakfast the watched TV. Then went to IN AND OUT BURGER!!! the best burger place in CA. After a wonderful meal we went to Michael's to get some egg stuff and then our ride broke down. We made the best of it and went into Petsmart and it was so cool and creepy with the spiders and well you get the point finally the car was ready so we went to grandma's place and dyed eggs. We wrote "sucker" and "fool" and "loser" on the real eggs because they have no candy! We went to this big Easter egg hunt for the whole county and trust me there was some CRAZY fashion. We got a bit of candy but keep in mind over 2000 people showed up so we went home bushed.

The next morning was Easter and we did our whole Easter egg hunt then got dolled up to go to church and saw old friends and then we went back home to prepare for a big Easter egg hunt and an Easter dinner. Before everyone arrived for dinner, we visited Christian in the hospital. He had been in a motorcycle accident the day before. We took him his own Easter basket. The dinner was very good and then it was hunting time. If you got a hard boiled egg you got a big prize and I luckily got one! I won some Reece's peanut butter eggs.

Monday our vacation was coming to an end but we went to Wacky Tacky which was a big indoor play area and Nerf area. It was SO much fun! I can't wait to go back with Ryan! After we played hard we went out to frozen yogurt. That evening we had to say our final goodbyes to grandpa.

On Tuesday we went to my mom's friend's house in the Bay Area. We had a blast with bubbles and two little ones to keep us busy. We went to the airport at around 9:00pm and the line was really long, I mean super long. Paige started freaking out so mom had to go outside and me and Natalie had to carry 3 suitcases, 1 car seat, and 1 stroller and no one helped us, just the rude lady who said, "hurry up!" (wow how rude!!!) People were mad also because the flight to New York was canceled but finally we got through and we were on our way. We arrived in home sweet home, Virginia, at 7:00am. We were tired and hungry we finally drove home ending a wonderful vacation.

FEILD TRIP!!!!!!

A few days ago me along 93 other 5th graders piled into 2 buses and headed off to the Richmond's Science museum! The bus ride was really long. But they played movies on the bus. Then arived to a crowed museum. Me my chaperon and 5 other kids headed in. The first thing you see is that big ornament with domino's and every hour a domno knocks over. First we explored the human body.(eeewwwwwwww) Then we went to the fossils. There was also live animals. Like snakes,spiders, and rats! We also watched rats playing basketball, (Weird right?) Then we had lunch. Mom packed me a GIANT lunch. it was good but big. I even shared with my group. After lunch we went to the optical allusions part.it was so cool!!!! From making our heads float in mid air. To weird rooms. We also looked around the space part there was tons of creepy cool stuff. But the best part was that the building had a giant dome at the top. So we saw a movie in the dome!!! Yeah the movie was projected on to the roof. The movie was about Lewis and Clark. Then we got to explore some more. After that we piled back on the bus and headed home to our school. When dad picked me up and we headed home. We where at a red light and Ryan was having trouble buckling. So he was unbuckled then this lady in the car next to us flagded us down. Made us role down our window and said. " Your child is not buckled." What a know-it-all. But we went as far away from her as possible and i came home to a not so peaceful house.

Water,Water,Water!!

Me and my girl scout troop went to the Baltimore Aquarium. When we first got out of the parking garage it was so cold and windy. i think my face froze! and when we got in it was nice and warm. we were part of the "sleep over" group. so we got special treatment. When we got settled in i went with half the group to the rain forest! It was cool plant wise. But we only saw one pink small bird. Plus it was super humid like a real rain forest. So we could not take it any more. Also the marine life was amazing! There where fish iv never seen or heard of! Also after the aquarium closed we where the only ones there! so we got to see every thing with out the crowds and noise. also we got to go behind the scenes and see all the animals. That tourists didn't see. Also we went up on the shark cat-walk! (the cat walk above the shark tank.) And my favorite part was the dolphins. They are my new favorite animals ever! and the shows where awesome. We got to throw them toys too. Then we got to learn there names. When the day ended we all settled down and watched a 4-d movie! with 3-D and wind,and water squirting in your face! when the movie was over we set up in the dolphin tank. As we fell asleep the dolphins watched our every move. In the morning the breakfast was SO yummy! then we got to see the new jelly fish exhibit. That was pretty cool to. when that was over i packed up and left.

During the week we got a letter in the mail from all the way from Utah it was from my moms old college friends daughter she sent us a Stanley and a Stanley is a boy that is sent all over the world and when you get one you take a picture of yourself with flat Stanley so we decided to go to D.C. we where lucky because it was a snow day but there was no snow so we went to D.C. and when we got there we wanted to take our picture in front of the Lincoln Memorial but right as we got out of the car we where freezing cold and it was super windy also we parked really far away and we where so COLD but the pictures turned out great here are some:
